- Medical Data (Voluntary): Health information provided in the Medical Consent Form. This information is only collected for safety reasons and is deleted after the Trip ends.

3.2 Sensitive Information (Medical Data)
Before a Trip, we provide Adventurers with a Medical Consent Form which they can voluntarily fill-out. This includes information about:
- Chronic conditions
- Medications
- Allergies
- Dietary restrictions
- Emergency medical consent
This information is only accessed by guides and provided to medical professionals in case of emergencies and is deleted after the Trip.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- To process and manage your Trip booking.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations (e.g., invoicing requirements).
- To ensure your safety and well-being during the Trip (e.g., sharing medical details with guides or emergency medical professionals if necessary).
- If required, to share your contact details with a taxi or transport service for Trip logistics. This is done only on a Trip-dependent basis.
- To send you essential Trip-related communications.
- To send marketing materials if you have opted in.
- With your consent, to analyze website usage and measure ad performance through the Meta Pixel (a tracking technology by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). This allows us to deliver personalized advertising on Meta platforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram). Tracking is disabled by default and only activated upon opt-in via the cookie banner.

- No Compensation: Adventurers are not entitled to any form of compensation for the use of visual material featuring the Adventurer.

- Contractual Necessity: To manage your booking and provide our services.
- Legal Obligations: To comply with tax laws and safety regulations.

- Consent: For the use of Meta Pixel, which involves tracking and sharing personal data (e.g., IP address, usage patterns) with Meta for analytics and marketing. - With your Trip guides for safety and logistical purposes.
- With emergency medical professionals in case of an incident.

- With Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., if you give consent for analytics and marketing cookies.
